Meet the Pilates Team

Sarah Gloyer

Personal Trainer & Pilates Instructor

Sarah is a certified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, Level 3 Coach with a degree in Human Performance, plus a Dip. Sport and Recreation and 30 years of industry experience.

Having trained in Polestar Pilates®, STOTT PILATES® and Michael King Pilates gives Sarah a varied platform of teaching styles to apply to both her group classes and 1:1 rehabilitation and fitness sessions.

Kristen Tucker

Certified Stott Pilates Instructor

Kristin grew up in Florida and Colorado with a passion for travelling and the outdoors. As an avid skier and long distance runner, she actively searched for exercise techniques to alleviate sports related injuries and was introduced to Pilates in Boulder CO. 

Kristin began training in New Zealand through Stott Pilates and has taught private and small group classes both here and in Colorado, Florida and Columbia. 

Kristin enjoys keeping her annual Stott Pilates registration up to date by attending regular professional development courses.

Kim Lewin-Reilly

Certified Pilates Instructor

Kim trained in England as a classical ballet and musical theatre dancer, and gained her teaching associates there too. She later moved to New Zealand and trained in Pilates at a Physio studio in Auckland, and gained a deeper understanding for the method from Sarah Gloyer at Synergy Studio on Waiheke Island

Kim has recently moved back to the Island after spending 5 years teaching for the Melbourne Pilates Group across their 6 studios throughout Melbourne. She also taught for a large ballet school there and in the last 2 years, established an organic skin care company together with her husband, Andi called Lewin & Reilly.

 Kim is excited to be back “home” teaching Pilates, as well as establishing Lewin & Reilly in New Zealand.

Alexa Cridge

Principal Physiotherapist
& Pilates Instructor

Alexa has studied Pilates and applies the exercise principles to her treatment of chronic pathologies with great success within the physiotherapy environment as well as in the Pilates Studio.
